At 50 long the Big Top will seat 72 at 6′ trestles with a dance floor or 126 people with no dance floor. 80 can be seated at 5’6 round tables.
40′
At 40′ long the Big Top will seat approximately 100 at 6′ trestle tables, 72 with trestle tables, a dance floor and bar, or 70 people at 5’6 round tables.
30′
At 30′ long the Big Top will seat 72 at 6′ trestles or 50 at 5’6 round tables.
All capacity numbers are approximate as there are many variables to consider. A reception/ bar area may be needed. The choice of round or long tables influences the size of the marquee, as round tables take up more space than rectangular ones.
All traditional marquees need at least 1m of grass all around the tent to accommodate the ropes. All marquee walls can be unhooked and folded back.
Hire prices include erecting and dismantling the marquees, laying matting and dance floors and hanging lights and bunting. They do not include setting out furniture.
Transport costs are calculated depending on distance and quantity of items.
